First, another shout out for the Sheraton Music City in Nashville where we stayed.  Particularly noteworthy – the lobby, bar, and patio area around the outdoor pool are pet friendly, and there was a grassy area in the back of the hotel big enough to play ChuckIt with the boys!

Visiting the Biltmore Estate

Being flexible pays off.  We wanted to visit the Biltmore Estate on Wednesday afternoon, but remnants of Hurricane Ida kept that from happening.  On Thursday morning we awoke to clearing skies in Asheville.  So instead of leaving first thing for Nashville, we hung out at Biltmore for a few hours.
